Mai Kuraki B-SIDE BEST ~This is Our life~ is the seventh compilation album released by Kuraki Mai, compiling many of the b-sides from her singles. The album was released in a two versions: a limited 3CD first press edition that came with an art panel featuring photos of Kuraki, which has a slot for holding a flower, and a regular 3CD edition. The tracklist for the album contains a mixture of tracks voted on by fans and selected by Kuraki herself.
