Information

"1%" is the 4th single released by Itano Tomomi. One month earlier was released a 90 second version of the single as her 4th digitalsingle. It was released in four versions: a CD+DVD Type A Edition, a CD+DVD Type B Edition, a CD Only Regular Edition and a CD Only Theater Edition. The tittle track was used as a CM theme song for Samantha Thavasa's brand "Samantha Vega".

The music video which will accompany the single takes place on a building in New York city with the beautiful night skyline in the background. Her new song will be a dance collaboration similar to her previous single, Dear J. The song and video are meant to represent the feeling you have when you go for love with only a 1% chance of success. This is Tomomi’s first PV shot in New York and she commented on the experience, Tomomi said “I’ve always loved New York so I’m very glad I was able to film here. This is my first time co-starring with male dancers in a video so we had a lot of rehearsals. I think it’s a great video and I hope the fans enjoy it!“. The single reached #4 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 3 weeks.
