Chiba Saeko was born on August 26, 1977 in Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture. When she was a little girl, Chiba dreamed of becoming a member of the famous all girls theatre troupe [[Takarazuka Kagekidan]] and trained in ballet. However, she gave up on the dream when she failed an examination to enter [[Takarazuka Koukou|Takarazuka High School]] when she was a third year student in high school. Instead, she became a fourth generation member of the theatre troupe [[Minami Aoyama Shoujo Kagekidan]] in 1994. Chiba Saeko (千葉 紗子) is a Japanese seiyuu and pop singer currently under the agency Space Craft Group. She is also a former member of the groups Minami Aoyama Shoujo Kagekidan, FEEL, Four Seasons, P.E.T.S., tiaraway, and The Kabucchu.
