Heisei Ishin (平成維新; Heisei Restoration) is a five member indies Japanese rock band from Osaka in the visual-kei scene. They formed in June of 2008 under the label UNDER CODE PRODUCTION. Like many bands from that label, Heisei Ishin has adopted a band concept of SECOND CULTURE. Their music has a sound of rock, with some pop and electronic influences.

Heisei Ishin was formed on June 20th, 2008 under the independent label UNDER CODE PRODUCTION. Like many other acts from the label, they had also formed with a band concept, called SECOND CULTURE. The line-up included vocalist Taku (ex-Roberia), guitarist YUKKIE and bassist Yoshi (both former Anjyu' members), and guitarist JILL and drummer Rai (both former VIZET members).

Their first live was at Osaka SUNHALL as a part of the massive "SCUBER DIVE ~Naniwa ga Taihen~" event on August 1st.
