Sawayaka na Kimi no Kimochi was used as the Kao "8x4" CM song, while two coupling tracks were both used as an opening theme song and bitter ending theme song, respectively, for Konami's dating game "Tokimeki Memorial 3: Yakusoku no Ano Basho de". It reached #4 on the Oricon, charted for five weeks and sold 69,740 units.
