"Hot Time / A.__~answer~" is the fifth single released by misono. It is her first double A-side single, and is her lead-in single to her debut album never+land, which was released at the end of February. This was released in two different versions: a CD only edition and a CD+DVD edition that comes with the PVs for both songs. "Hot Time" is misono's first A-side to not have any tie-ins, and "A.__~answer~" was used as the image song to the TV program Girls meet Beauty. The second A-side was the only song to be placed on her debut album, although the first was later placed on her second album say. The single reached #22 on the Oricon weekly charts, where it charted for four weeks, selling 8,445 copies.
