"Never let you go ~Shindemo Hanasanai~" is 2AM's official Japanese debut single. It was released in three versions, two limited editions, a CD+DVD version containing the Japanese and Korean versions of the music video for the title track and a CD only including a 32 page Photobook version, and a regular CD Only edition. The CD+DVD edition comes housed in a digipack. Both limited editions and the first press of the regular edition also include one (1 of 5) random photocard. The title track is a Japanese version of their Korean hit "Jugeodo Mot Bonae", included on their first Korean mini-album of the same name. The first B-side "Waratte Agerarenakute Gomen" is a Japanese version of "Useo Jul Su Obseoseo Mianhada" also included on Jugeodo Mot Bonae mini-album.
The single reached #3 on the Oricon charts and charted for 6 weeks.
