"Kimi wo Sagashi ni" is the fourth single released by Nanjo Yoshino. The single was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD only edition. The title track was used as the ending theme for the anime Grisaia no Rakuen: Blanc Aile no Tane-hen. The limited editions come with a Grisaia no Rakuen ChaosTCG card.
