"La Saison" is the 21st single recorded by Ann Lewis. This is her first release since her hiatus in 1980 since the release of LINDA. The lyrics were penned by Yamaguchi Momoe, and composed by rock musican Sawada Kenji from The Tigers. It is her first release to feature her new rock orientated sound, and was the lead in to her 12th studio album La Saison Damur. The single peaked at #3 on the Oricon charts and charted for 20 weeks, selling 354,100 copies.
