"STEREO04" is the sixth single released by meg. This is her first indies release since debut single "Kasa to Shizuku", which was released three years prior. This was released in two different CD only versions. The limited edition is "meg's design complete package", as in addition to the CD this also comes with an original pouch, a set of six photocards and a calendar. The regular edition is just the CD. The title track was used as the theme song for TV Tokyo's GAME JOCKEY. The single did not chart on the Oricon weekly charts.
