"Mugo n Iroppoi" is the fifth single released by Kudo Shizuka. It reached #1 on the Oricon charts. It also reached #6 on the Oricon yearly charts for 1988. The single charted for rwenty-seven weeks and sold 541,000 units. The title track was used as the theme song for the Kanebo 1988 Fall Campaign commercials. The song would also be performed at Kudo's first musical appearance at the 39th Annual Kouhaku Utagassen.
