Information

"Koi Hitoyo" is the sixth single released by Kudo Shizuka. The title track was used as a commercial theme song for the Hakone Open-Air Museum. It also would be performed at Kudo's second musical appearance at the 40th Kouhaku Uta Gassen in 1989. Goto Maki would later cover the song on her second mini-album Gloria.

The single reached #1 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for 21 weeks, selling 607,290 copies. It also reached #6 on the yearly Oricon charts of 1989.
