Takigawa Ichiro (瀧川 一郎) also known as CIPHER is a Japanese guitarist that influenced many guitarists like Die of DIR EN GREY and INORAN of LUNA SEA. He has played in D'ERLANGER, BODY and CRAZE. He formed D'ERLANGER when he was only 15.
