"Before the Moment" is Kitamura Eri's debut single. "Before the Moment" is used as the opening theme song for the anime Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Pure, "Angel" is used as the ending theme song for the TV show Monstudio, while Monster ga Saikou! is used as the opening theme song for the same show. The single reached #121 on the Oricon charts and charted for three weeks.
