Matsui Ryo (松井亮) is the former guitarist and occasional composer for the band the brilliant green. He debuted under the name meister in 2004 as a solo project, and has only released a single album. He also produced YeLLOW Generation's song "Tritoma". His song "Above the Clouds" is a collaboration with singer songwriter BONNIE PINK.
On July 29th, 2003, he got married to a designer of silver jewelery.
