Kato Rubi (加藤瑠美) is a Japanese model and former singer and actress under Sugar Plus agency. She is a former member of the group 9nine. She was part of the original line-up, however she left the group in December 2007 reportedly after pictures surfaced of her with Hey! Say! JUMP member, Takaki Yuya. In 2009, she started her modeling career and later on in 2012 she started her own cosmetics/fashion accessories line called Ruby Rose.
