"Iki wo Shiteru Kanjiteiru" is the 24th released by Iijima Mari. The single is produced by Iijima and features vocals by other Macross singers such as FIRE BOMBER, May'n and Nakajima Megumi. The single is called a "Choujikuu Anthem 2009 (超時空アンセム; Super Dimensional Anthem)" and will be used to promote Macross's concert Macross Crossover Live AD 2009 x 45 x 59 which will take place at Makuhari Messe on October 17th and 18th, 2009. "Iki wo Shiteru Kanjiteiru" is described by Iijima as a song about "You don't need to try so hard".
