DOROTHY is the fifth studio album released by Onitsuka Chihiro. Unlike her previous album, DOROTHY was entirely produced by Sakamoto Masayuki. "STEAL THIS HEART" was the only song on the album other than the singles to get a music video, and the album had no other promotions. Despite this, it still reached #10 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 7 weeks.
The album is described as having the most unified sound out of all of Chihiro's albums, and is also noted as having her most complex and diverse arrangements to date. The album also shows the restrengthening of Chihirio's vocals, which were weakened from her throat surgery and emaciation during the LAS VEGAS era.
