The song was produced the band GO!GO!7188; The lyrics were written by Hamada Akiko (bass & backing vocal) and music by Nakashima Yumi (vocal & guitar). The song is first found as the b-side to the Nakashima-produced single "Juunin Toiro". It is later found on her rock orientated sophomore album say as track #4. This is the only song on the album not to feature lyrics written by misono.
