"Believe Again" is Asaka Yui's ninth single. It was first released on a record and then re-released on an 8cm CD. The title track was used as the theme song for the movie Sukeban Deka Kazama San Shimai no Kyakushuu. The single reached #2 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for eleven weeks, selling 178,000 copies. It almost reached #1 on the charts but was beaten by Nakamori Akina's single "AL-MAUJ", also released on the same day. The single also reached #33 on the yearly Oricon chart for 1988.
