"Cecile" is Asaka Yui's 11th single. The title track is a reference to the character Cécile in the Françoise Sagan novel Bonjour Tristesse. The song would also later be covered by various artists such as Hori Chiemi and Donna Fiore. The single reached #1 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for twelve weeks, selling 229,000 copies. The single also reached #32 on the yearly Oricon chart for 1988.
