"Haru ~spring~" is the second single released by Hysteric Blue. The song was written and composed by the band's drummer Takuya, although it is often thought the song was written by the vocalist Tama since the song is written from the perceptive of a young female. The single was a giant hit for the band, and was used as the ending theme for TV Asahi documentary Moku Geki! Dokyun. It reached #5 on the weekly Oricon chart, and it continued to rank for a total of 19 weeks. In all, "Haru ~spring~" sold a total of 667,090 copies, making it the #27 best selling single for 1999.
