Let's Talk About Love is BIGBANG' Seungri's second solo mini-album. The song "Hal Mal Isseoyo (Gotta Talk To U)" was used as the lead track.
One month later, the mini-album was released in Japan as V.I's solo debut Japanese studio album. It was released in four editions: CD+DVD+Photobook, CD+DVD, CD Only and a PLAYBUTTON edition. The album includes Japanese versions of the songs from the Korean mini-album of same title and also from his solo debut Korean mini-album V.V.I.P. The CD only edition includes three bonus tracks, while the PLAYBUTTON edition includes all songs in both languages. The original release day was September 25, but it was delayed in two weeks and the song "Sora ni Kaku Omoi" was added to the tracklist.
