popdod is the seventh album released by BEAT CRUSADERS and their last one before disbanding. The album was released to commemorate their 10 anniversary since formation and it was also released one day before Hidaka Tooru's 40th birthday (June, 5) in commemoration for it. It was released in three versions, a regular CD Only edition, a limited CD+DVD edition featuring a live concert, and a limited edition "Anniversary Package". The Anniversary Package was limited to 6,000 copies and includes both the CD and the DVD plus a reprint of their first three indies singles, all housed in a paper bag.
The song "TIME FLIES, EVERYTHING GOES", used as theme song for the TV show TVQ Super Stadium, was used as lead track for the album with a music video produced for it. The album reached #4 on Oricon charts and charted for 10 weeks.
