  • Kikuchi's given name is written in kanji (「彩香」). However, she adopted the hiragana reading (「あやか」) as her stage name.
  • Her hobbies include talking with the other members
  • Came up with the idea of Noguchi Reina playing Jankenpon each time she introduces herself at a performance
  • Loves seasoned seaweed and shaved ice
  • Her phone strap features Minnie Mouse
  • She is a sprinter on her track team at school
  • Her bedroom is almost entirely pink
  • She is close friends with Nakagawa Haruka
  • She admires fellow AKB48 member Oshima Yuko
  • She was originally a member of Team B, she was fired after a scandal in August 2008 and in 2009 she joined AKB48 again as a 7th Generation Kenkyuusei and was promoted back to Team B in August 2009
