"Neppuu" is the 35th single released by Shiina Hekiru. The title track has been described as a hot summer love song, that makes you think. The single was a limited edition release. The DVD contains live concert footage that was filmed at SHIBUYA-AX on March 12, 2005.
There was 417 copies of the first press released, each containing a slip to enter a contest to win. The prizes were the following: a "Neppuu" beach towel (10 winners), a analog size paper jacket enclosed with a mini-poster (100 winners), and a special post card set (307 winners).
The single reached #36 on the Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of two weeks, selling 5,223 copies.
