"Heisei Fuuzoku" is [[Shiina Ringo]]'s fourth studio album, and her first album since forming her band [[Tokyo Jihen]]. It serves as the image album for the movie [[Sakuran]], starring [[Tsuchiya Anna]]. The album is available in two versions, a limited edition version in a cross-shaped digipak with three stickers and a coaster, and a regular version. The album is also a collaboration album with frequent collaborator [[Saito Neko]]. This album consists of three types of songs: self-covers of Shiina songs from either her solo work or Tokyo Jihen, original songs, and covers of other artists' songs. "Heisei Fuuzoku" is Shiina Ringo's fourth studio album, and her first album since forming her band Tokyo Jihen. It serves as the image album for the movie Sakuran, starring Tsuchiya Anna. Similarities with Other Shiina Ringo Releases
