"Changes" is the third single (second major label single) released by Nakazawa Mayu. "Too young to die" is a cover of Jamiroquai's song of the same name. "Changes another perspective version" is a re-working of the single's title track and features more of a bossa nova sound. This single was produced by Kadokura Satoshi. The single was praised by critics for being stronger than her debut single, "Hoka no Daredemo Nai Anata wa".

The single did not chart on the Oricon weekly charts.
