Oikawa Neko

Oikawa Neko (及川眠子) is a Japanese lyricist. When she started off, Oikawa first became a copywriter for a local town's magazine. She got her start as a lyricist in 1985 after winning the grand prix award for the "Mitsubishi Mini Car Mascot Song Contest". She later became the main lyricist for idol groups, especially for Wink and CoCo, in the late 90s and 90s. She also has written song lyrics for anime, commercials, and musicals.
