"secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~" is the fourth single released by ZONE. The single reached #2 on the Oricon charts and remained chart listed for a total of thirty weeks. The CD single sold 744,000 copies, making it the band's best selling single. It reached #21 on the yearly Oricon charts for 2001 and has been RIAJ certified 'double platinum' for 500,000 downloads as a digital single.
In 2008, the song was covered by Friends in their "Nisemono / secret base ~Kimi ga Kureta Mono~" single and by Mana Kana in 2009 in their Futari no Uta album.
