B'z (2009)

B'z (pronounced Biizu) is a Japanese rock duo under the VERMILLION RECORDS label.

B'z debuted in September 1988 with the album B'z and single Dakara Sono Te wo Hanashite. Their fifth single, Taiyou no Komachi Angel, was the first single to debut at #1. Each of their following singles and albums have also reached #1. Their fourth full album, RISKY, not only scored #1 on the Oricon Charts, but stayed in chart rankings for 132 weeks (2 and a half years). They are easily the best selling Japanese group of all time with a reported 75 million albums being sold to date and have ranked #1 in album, single and overall sales in Japan.
