"Boku wa Kimi ni Koi wo Suru" is Hirai Ken's 31st single. The main track was used as the theme song for the movie "Boku no Hatsukoi wo Kimi ni Sasagu". "Hitori Janai" was used as the ending theme of an animated recreation of "The Return of the Musketeers" called "Shin Sanjuushi", which was broadcasted via NHK in October. As this single sold 65,800 copies in 2009, it was the #87 single of the year. The title song has been certified Platinum for Chaku-Uta Full downloads of over 250,000.
