Information

"I believe" is the debut single released by ayaka. The title track was used as the theme song to the TBS drama Rondo, starring Takenouchi Yutaka and Korean female star Choi Ji Woo. The english version of the song were specially recorded for her best friend, a Japanese figure skate athlete, Ando Miki where the skater used it during 2006-2007 season exhibition. Later on, this english version were included on the limited edition of her second album Sing to the Sky. ayaka, then, sang the original Japanese version of the song at the 2007 World Figure Skating Championships that held at the Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium.

This single reached #3 on Oricon weekly charts and sold 229,893 copies in 2006, making it the #34 best-selling single of 2006. It has sold a total of 276,000 copies.

The single were certified Platinum for its physical sales and were certified Triple Platinum for its song downloads by RIAJ.
