LOVE LETTER Tour 2009 ~Channel Keshite Ai-chan Neru!~ is Otsuka Ai's eighth concert DVD. It contains the footage from her 2009.03.01 Live House performance at Zepp Tokyo. It was part of the first half of Otsuka's entire LOVE LETTER Tour 2009, which was set in smaller venues and did not feature costumes or elaborate stage designs. However many of the arrangements were changed, giving them more rock-oriented, energetic sounds.

The first pressings of the Hong Kong and Taiwan versions of the DVD had problems with Chinese subtitles that could not be turned off, 4:3 video aspect (advertised as 16:9) and a lower resolution than the Japanese version. It was later fixed on newer versions, signaled by a blue label different from the original red label in the bottom right corner of the DVD cover. The problems were not present on the DVD included in the LOVE LETTER Tour 2009 -Premium Box-.
