Vidoll (ヴィドール) is a major Japanese rock band of the visual-kei variety singed to Nippon Crown Music's Crown Records. Rame, the bassist, formed the band in Febrauary of 2002 and they started activities in March by playing secret lives. Soon the band signed onto KISAKI's indie label Matina and in early 2003 switched over to KISAKI's then newly founded indie label UNDER CODE PRODUCTION. After years of releases, lives, increasing popularity, and some line-up changes, Vidoll graduated from the label along with 12012 and Phantasmagoria. After the graduation, the band transitioned from UNDER CODE to Sword Records for almost two years, and then to the major label they are at now. The band's music style covers and blends together: ballads, jazz numbers, and happy, light, hard, and/or heavy rock.
