"Daidai" is the ninth single (sixth major label single) released by chatmonchy. The title track was used as the 20th ending song to the mega-popular shonen anime series BLEACH. The lyrics and music to "Daidai" were written by the bands vocalist and guitarist Hashimoto Eriko, and the arrangment was done as a joint effort by the band.
The single reached #12 on the weekly Oricon chart, and stayed on the chart for a total of seven weeks.
