eternity is the third studio album released by Every Little Thing. The album reached #1 on the Oricon weekly charts and charted for 22 weeks, selling 966,710 copies. As it sold 966,710 copies in 2000, it was the 16th best-selling album of the year. "Rescue me", "The One Thing" and "Smile Again", were all released on the recut single "Rescue Me / Smile Again" three months after the album.
