"Kono Mune no Tokimeki wo" is the seventh single (fourth major label single) released by Mano Erina. The single was released in limited A, B, C, and regular editions; limited A and B coming with bonus DVDs. All three limited editions come with a card used to enter an event. The single reached #7 on the Oricon charts and charted for three weeks, selling 16,568 copies.
S/mileage is featured as back dancers in the MV and accompany Mano in live performances of the song.
