Information
Mizki had wanted to be a singer since she was young. On the recommendation of the director of her nursery school, she entered a dance school in her home town and started studying singing and dancing at the age of five. When she was a junior high school student, her family moved to Osaka where her singing voice landed her a scholarship as a student of LDH's EXPG. Her family eventually moved to Tokyo, where she continued her training at EXPG. She graduated from EXPG between late 2016 and early 2017 in order to become a solo artist focused solely on singing.
In 2019, she participated in Universal Music's "Josei Artist Audition". She passed the final screening, and also passed the audition to sing the Japanese version of the ending theme of the Disney movie Frozen 2. This marked the first time for Disney to appoint a newcomer before their major debut as an artist to sing the Japanese version of an ending song.
In 2021, she released her debut original mini-album Bet on me.
