"Ochita Koto no Aru Sora" is the 31st major single (33rd overall) released by DIR EN GREY. The single was released in three editions: a special limited CD+Blu-ray edition, a special limited CD+DVD edition, and a limited venue CD edition. Both special editions were not sold but rather gifted to those who were scheduled to attend "The Insulated World -The Screams of Alienation-" at Pia Arena MM on July 23rd and 24th in 2020 as the shows were cancelled. The song was originally released as a digital single on August 3, 2020 which peaked at #11 on the Oricon digital sales chart with first week sales of 10,004.
