"progressive" is the sixth single released by Kalafina. It was released in two versions: a limited CD+DVD edition and a regular CD only edition. The song title track first premiered at Kalafina LIVE 2009 "storia" held on August 26, 2009. The limited edition comes with a DVD featuring a music video for "progressive", live footage of "love come down", "Ongaku" and "Mata Kaze ga Tsuyoku Natta" from their "Closed Premium Live" which took place on May 19, 2009 at Shibuya O-WEST, and Kalafina's appearance on TV program Utatane of July 18th.
