akko is the sixth studio album, and third best album, released by My Little Lover. It was their first album released under avex and also the first one since akko became the only member of the band, hence changing the stage name to My Little Lover from MY LITTLE LOVER. The album was released in two editions: a regular CD only edition and a limited 2CDs edition, containing the original album on CD1 and a fan-selected best on CD2. The first press for both editions came housed in a digipack. The cover art features the silhouette of the manga/anime character Akko, from Himitsu no Akko-chan. The album reached #16 on the Oricon charts and charted for 5 weeks.
