THIS IS Flower THIS IS BEST is the first best album released by Flower. It was released in three versions: a 2CD+2Blu-ray edition, a 2CD+2DVD edition, and a 2CD edition. It's the group's best-selling album to date. Songs noted as "version 2016" are re-recordings omitting former members Muto Chiharu & Ichiki Kyoka's vocals.

The album was certified Gold for shipment of 100,000 copies.
