"abon" is a song released by daoko. It was composed with help of her frequent collaborator DJ6gatu. A video for it was released on February 14th, 2022, and was described as "an unreleased song" that was a Valentine's day gift from Daoko to her fans. Although she had recently been using the "Daoko" name, this song differed from recent releases using the "daoko" all-lowercase name from her indies days.
The term "abon" is a Japanese slang word meaning "deleted"; specifically referring to a messageboard post that was deleted because it contained inappropriate content.
