PREMIUM BOX is a limited edition DVD+CD released by MONKEY MAJIK, under the indie label UNDER HORSE RECORDS. The CD features three new songs ("All My Life" would later be released on eastview, but in a different version) and a live DVD. This release would usually be classified as a single, however it was only released by order through MONKEY MAJIK's official site, and the site does not classify this as a single.
