Sexy Otonajan (セクシーオトナジャン) is one of the three Hello! Project shuffle units created in 2005. Sexy Otonajan was the only shuffle to include any of the Hello! Project Kids. Its members are Fujimoto Miki from Morning Musume and two Hello! Project Kids, Natsuyaki Miyabi from Berryz Koubou and Murakami Megumi from ºC-ute. They released the song Onna, Kanashii, Otona on the combined 2005 shuffle unit single.
The other shuffle units in 2005 are Elegies and Puripuri Pink.
