Togawa Jun (戸川純) is a Japanese pop singer and actress. When she was in elementary school, Togawa started as an actress in the play Oushou. Then years later in 1980, she made her professional debut in the TBS dorama Shiawase Sensou. She also made her singing debut four years with the release of her album, entitled Okkisama. Before the decade was up, Yogawa became the vocalist for many bands like YAPOO, GUERNICA, and Phew before focusing more on her acting career.

In 2007, she participated in the internet radio All Neat Nippon before starting her own, called Heat Onsen, a few months later. She celebrate her twenty fifth anniversary in her singing career by releasing the best album TOGAWA LEGEND SELF SELECT BEST & RARE 1979 - 2008. And in 2009, Togawa currently is a novelist and plans to write poetry.
