LiVE is Smile Always ~LOVER"S"MiLE~ in Hibiya Yagai Dai Ongakudo is the first video release by LiSA. It included footage from the live show with the same name that was held on April 30, 2012. Girls Dead Monster's songs Ichiban no Takaramono and Crow Song were also included in the setlist. It was released in two versions: a Blu-ray edition and a DVD edition. The first press bonus included a slipcase with the same cover art.
