The single reached #1 on the Oricon weekly charts and sold 930,450 copies, becoming the #22 single of 1994. It also sold 1,835,840 copies in 1995, becoming the #4 single of the year. This single charted for 27 weeks and sold a total of 2,766,290 copies.
