WHISPER is Koizumi Kyoko's fifth album. The LP version reached #3 on the weekly Oricon charts and charted for thirteen weeks, selling 118,000 copies. Meanwhile, the CT version reached #5 on the weekly Oricon chart and charted for thirteen weeks, selling 60,000 copies.
